Where confidence is built and clarity begins
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with extensive experience in outpatient, emergency department, and community-based crisis work, community-based services, inpatient mental health services, both residential and acute, and grant-funded settings, I offer consultation and clinical supervision to support mental health professionals at every stage of their career. Whether you're working toward licensure, navigating complex clinical cases, or seeking a thought partner to support your leadership or program development, I'm here to help you grow with confidence and integrity.
🧭 Clinical Supervision
I provide individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists in Illinois pursuing LCPC licensure, as well as ongoing support for early-career clinicians seeking to strengthen their skills. My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical insight and practical application. Areas of focus may include:
Trauma-informed treatment approaches
Working with survivors of violence, grief, or complex trauma
Ethical decision-making and boundaries
Burnout prevention and sustainability in the field
Navigating documentation and community mental health systems
Supervision is offered virtually or in-person (when available) and meets Illinois requirements for LCPC licensure.
🤝 Professional Consultation
I offer one-time and ongoing consultation for:
Licensed clinicians seeking case support or a fresh clinical perspective
Supervisors and program leaders navigating team dynamics or service delivery challenges
Agencies developing trauma-informed practices or training new staff
Community organizations needing mental health guidance on specific populations or systemic concerns
Consultation is tailored to your needs and can include case discussion, skill-building, resource development, or clinical strategy planning.
