Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.

Therapy services.

  • Individual Therapy

I work with individuals ages 12 and up who are ready to explore their mental health, emotional well-being, and personal goals. Common areas of focus include:

-Trauma and PTSD (including complex trauma)

-Anxiety, panic attacks, and excessive worry

    -Depression and mood instability

    -Grief and loss

    -Life transitions and identity exploration

    -Burnout and compassion fatigue

    -Low self-esteem and self-worth challenges

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art & play therapy, and mindfulness practices.

  • Family Therapy

Families are complex, evolving systems—and sometimes even the most connected families need support navigating change, conflict, or communication challenges. I offer family therapy to help strengthen relationships, improve understanding, and support each member’s role within the family unit.

Common reasons families seek therapy include:

    -Parent-child conflict

    -Blended family adjustments

    -Navigating adolescence and shifting roles

    -Family grief or trauma recovery

    -Communication breakdowns

    -Setting boundaries and building connection

In family sessions, we work together to identify patterns, build empathy, and develop practical tools to create a more balanced and connected home environment.

  • Trauma-Informed Care

Many clients I serve have experienced trauma—whether acute events, long-term adversity, or intergenerational patterns. Together, we’ll work to:

-Understand the effects of trauma on the brain and body

-Build emotional regulation and grounding skills

-Restore a sense of agency, safety, and empowerment

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what happened—it means reclaiming your life, your voice, and your future.

  • Therapy for Professionals & Caregivers

As someone who has supervised and trained helping professionals, I understand how hard it is to care for others while holding your own emotions. I offer support for:

-Therapists, nurses, educators, and social workers

    --Secondary trauma and vicarious stress

-Perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and work-related anxiety

-Boundary setting and rediscovering joy in your career
